STEP 1 : Search for the  product that you wish to buy online on any of the websites listed below. You may also search on any other website not listed here but that ships only in Japan.

We will charge a 20% or more as fees on top of the listed price. Please note that shipping fee from the warehouse in Japan to us is excluded from the charging fee.

 

STEP 2 : Send the product details here to us. You may also contact us on Instagram. We will reach back to you as soon as possible we receive your contact.

 

STEP 3 : Pay. 

Products won’t be purchased unless you’ve made the payment to us. 

Please do check the procedure about Payments here. 

Only friends and family are accepted on Paypal due to issues with scammers in the past. If you are a new buyer and you sent money via goods and services, you will be refunded.  

 

 STEP 4  : After payment. 

Please send us the proof of payment after you’ve paid.

 

 STEP 5  :  Check your items on our Instagram and leave a  feedback :) or :( 

We will reply you in 24 hours.  We will also confirm your purchase and send you a spreadsheet. After this, we wait  until your item has arrived. 

Please keep checking our Instagram account for the photos of your items. But of course, we will also contact you once we have uploaded the photos of your items. We hope to listen from you if it's a :) or :( .

If you want to leave a :( we will want to listen a very good reason why is it since we need to leave feedback to the sellers as soon as possible. Some sellers get angry if we don't leave feedback. We would  get blocked and our account may get restricted.

 

 STEP 6:  If you would like  to shop again, please start from step 1.

 

 STEP 7 :  Tell us if you want to have your items shipped.

Please tell us if you want to ship right away or you want to keep buying. We will charge 1000yen per month if you need to keep your items for more than a month. 

We do not offer untracked shipping or sea freight. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.  

 We will send you a copy of the receipt once we have shipped your packeage. 

The tracking for EMS starts with EN. The tracking for UPS is on the top of the waybill. 

 

STEP 8 : Track your package through these sites :

Your packages might not appear in the UPS tracking if it is still in Japan.
