Reach us through Instagram or Email, and tell us what you wish you buy in the following details

     1. Items/Categories that you wish to buy.

     2. The area that you wish us to go.

     3. The amount of money that you would like to spend.

We will charge 15000yen for a 3 hours shopping, including transportation to designated area. Therefore, we recommend you to do research of the area before you want us to go shopping. Please note that shipping fee from Japan to you is excluded from the charging fee.

 

Choose the date and time

It would be better if we could reach you on the day we go shopping in person. Therefore, It is necessary for you to choose a date and time for us to go shopping for you. Our available days and times are:

     Wednesday and Saturday, 10am to 6pm (Japan time zone)

Please look the availability at our Google calendar for the day that you wish to choose.

Pay

Products won’t be purchased unless you’ve made the payment to us. 

Please do check the procedure about Payments here. 

Only friends and family are accepted on Paypal due to issues with scammers in the past. If you are a new buyer and you sent money via goods and services, you will be refunded.  

 

 After payment

Please send us the proof of payment after you’ve paid.

 

 Check your items on our Instagram and leave a  feedback :) or :( 

We will reply you in 24 hours.  We will also confirm your purchase and send you a spreadsheet. After this, we wait  until your item has arrived. 

Please keep checking our Instagram account for the photos of your items. But of course, we will also contact you once we have uploaded the photos of your items. We hope to listen from you if it's a :) or :( .

If you want to leave a :( we will want to listen a very good reason why is it since we need to leave feedback to the sellers as soon as possible. Some sellers get angry if we don't leave feedback. We would  get blocked and our account may get restricted.

Tell us if you want to have your items shipped.

Please tell us if you want to ship right away or you want to keep buying. We will charge 1000yen per month if you need to keep your items for more than a month. 

We do not offer untracked shipping or sea freight. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.  

 We will send you a copy of the receipt once we have shipped your package. 

The tracking for EMS starts with EN. The tracking for UPS is on the top of the waybill.
